CHALLENGE
Travellure, a bespoke travel and concierge agency, needed a complete refresh of its visual identity and digital communication strategy. Beyond elevating their brand aesthetically, they were looking to modernize how they connect with clients, specifically through a new CRM approach and a refined email marketing system.
Their existing newsletters lacked cohesion, visual impact, and editorial sophistication, making it difficult to communicate the premium, curated nature of their services.
